19F, what can I do about my face to look more attractive?

You’re an attractive, young woman, and your face is fine. Primary component to each persons parents is primarily based on bone structure. Changing overall facial proportions requires addressing facial, skeleton structure, and dad is generally more people are willing to undergo.
If you want to get an accurate assessment in regards to facial proportions, then I suggest consulting with oral surgeons or plastic surgeons who have done craniofacial fellowship training, and get a proper cephalometric assessment.
You should ask yourself if you’re willing to undergo surgery and if it’s indicated.
Without meeting diagnosis of an anomaly, simply questioning, your facial appearance at the age of 19 is probably not a good indication for major surgical intervention.
I think what you need is reassurance and giving yourself time to develop confidence. Working on self affirmation and developing relationships with people around you trust and have your best intentions at heart.
Avoid surgery until it’s needed.
