There are many reasons for asymmetry of the eyes including bone and soft tissue asymmetries which may result in differences in the height, shape and contour of the eyelids and eyebrows. Your photograph demonstrates a slightly higher right eyebrow when compared to the left. This results in a slightly higher right upper eyelid crease when compared to the left and a slightly more open right eye when compared to the left. These subtle asymmetries are normal and not really a problem unless they bother you. A simple fix may be to use a small amount of Botox to relax the frontalis muscle on the right side of the forehead to bring the right brow down slightly to match the left brow. This should even out the eyebrows and eyelids. Although Botox is temporary it can last 3 to 6 months and is easy to repeat in the office. Consulting with an oculoplastic surgeon would be a great place to learn more about treatment options.
Ptosis (droopiness) of the eyelids can be addressed with a ptosis surgery. It will be best to consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination.
