You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have, which can include patchy hair loss known as Alopecia Areata. There are no drug interactions between Epiduo Forte and Minoxidil, though both can be irritating on your skin leading to skin dryness. It would be best to stagger the application of the two medications to allow optimal penetration of each individual medication while decreasing possible irritation and dryness side effects of the medications. Alternatively, I would suggest considering stopping the Epiduo Forte which is very irritating on your skin and start using for acne Jan Marini Bioglycolic face cleanser, Jan Marini BioClear Face Cream, ReveSkin Acne Purifying Enhancer, Hydrating B5 Gel; see acne products at emeragecosmetics.  When you have hair loss, it's best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization, evaluate areas with a dermatoscope, and consider biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss.
