What type of under eye bags do I have and can this be corrected with filler? (photos)

The most direct way to deal with this issue, depending on your examination, would be a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. Incisions are made on the inside of the eyelid and these fat pads are removed permanently. Alternatively, you could consider filling in your lower eyelid grooves for a blended appearance. When there is volume deficit in this area, as seems to be the case at least from the photos provided, the result is not only flattening of the cheeks and more pronounced smile lines, but the development of under-eye tear troughs, hollows and bags. The necessary view are: frontal views as well as side views from the eyebrow to approximately the level of the nasal tip. There are two kinds of eyelid bags. True excess fat in the lower eyelids and perceived bags which are in fact, bony projection with little or flatter cheek projection. When it is a perceived lower eyelid bag, I never recommend using fillers because in the lower eyelid, fillers tend to migrate and create Tyndall effect.
