Weight loss before liposuction and fat grafting when 2.5 stones over ideal weight?

Whenever I slim my breast sag, my bum flattens and my curves are less pronounced and I feel like an empty sac with saggy skin (thighs & breast), therefore unhappy and I start overeating. I'm willing to go for a liposuction with fat grafting on my breast and a BBL. I can't have a breast lift because I get keloid scars. Should I lose weight first and then go through the intervention, in order to slim my face and other parts and have less fat to take out, or is it better to do it directly now?

Infection is not common being that far out from surgery. However, other issues such as fat necrosis, lumpiness or those related to the regeneration and redistribution of the sensory nerve endings can occur. It may not be a bad idea to have it checked out by your surgeon.
