Is it still safe to use machine on my abdomen after being told about a surprise surgical clip?

You will see no meaningful tightening with any type of 'skin tightening modality' like RF, ultrasound, or lasers. You will likely need a skin excising surgery. My comments are based on assumption, but a full examination would confirm.

Smooth results from liposuction is based on your surgeon’s training, skill, and experience. No machine can replace that. ‘Fat cavitation’ isn’t necessary if liposuction is performed. RF has no ability to meaningfully tighten skin. Go on more consults.
