Is Radiesse effective when used in pyriform fossa?

I cannot use ha fillers because they cause permanent edema ( until I dissolve). I would like filler in nasolabial folds. Can radiesse be used in the pyriform fossa? Tried fat abs it didn’t work.

Gregarious6333, you likely have filler left after 2 years that has not yet metabolized. Unfortunately, there is no substance that can dissolve Radiesse. You should contact whomever put in the Radiesse originally. If it is bothersome it can be surgically excised, though this would be a last...

Is it safe to inject HA filler over the Radiesse in lips?

In my opinion, it would be fine to have an HA filler placed in the lips after Radiesse. I do not use Radiesse in the lips, but there should not be a negative interaction between an HA filler and Radiesse in the same location.
