Is being able to move a hard lump under my eye a positive sign for easy removal? (Photos)

Question

The lump feels hard and I am able to move it around feels really superficial, is this a positive sign making surgical removal easy? I read that if its a problem and notorious at 4 weeks, it will remain an issue. I had facial fat transfer under my eyes nearly 3 weeks ago.

This is needs an in-person evaluation. A combination of 5/FU steroids, lasers, microneedling/prp and radiofrequency can give improvement. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

thanks much for reaching out.   You’re very early in the postoperative course. While yes that may indicate easier surgical removal. I would consider pressure massage and patience and waiting up to six months before making any further changes. I hope this helps  :)
