Hello, I found my teeth are really transparent. I drink coffee and fizzy drinks. I ate candies when I was younger. Now I am 26 yo and I am worried about my teeth now. It doesn’t look nice, especially if my teeth are more transparent. Is it so bad if you see the photo of my teeth? Thanks

There is no quick fix to bone loss. Anything you do that does not address the issue will lead to definite tooth loss. First you need a good and stable foundation to build on and then there may be potential solutions.
Based on photos you submitted it appears that your best option is to have orthodontic treatment which may either be carried out by conventional braces or Invisalign appliances assisted teeth re-positioning. See an experienced orthodontist to determine which option is best as well...
Luckily, the broken piece is not actually your tooth. The lighter colored areas behind your front teeth are calcified plaque, and a piece of that is what broke off. Just head in to your dentist for a cleaning and they'll get the rest of it off!
