How many units of Hyalase should be used under the eyes?

Had 0.3ml of volbella under eye superficially placed. I’m a healthy 39 year old. Healthy youthful face but slightly thin skin under eyes … I regret the filler as given me more stress due to the raised Tyndall effect

Hello and thank you for your question. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination however in this case it's very hard to advise on hyalase dose. To a degree the number of hyalase units is not that important it's more important to dissolve the filler effectively. An experienced doctor should be able to help with this.
