Hi doctors, my aesthetic doctor failed to dissolve a vycross filler ... using a galenic preparation of hyaluronidase. I think one vial contains 900 i.u. of hyaluronidase diluted in 3 ml of saline. In Europe we do not have human- recombinant hyaluronidase isn’t available. We have ovine, bovine or swine hyaluronidase (1500 I.u. powder for solution). Does the origin of hyaluronidase affect its efficacy or is it only the concentration that matters?Thank you
