Unhappy with upper teeth after Invisalign refinements, bonding? (Photo)

My orthodontist told me this is the final result and we won't achieve anything else with Invisalign. I'm not happy that the gap between my central and lateral incisors on the left is not symmetrical to the right, and one of my front teeth is still positioned sideways. My ortho says it's the shape of my teeth, and I should try bonding, but I really don't want to do it unless nothing else can be done. Can traditional braces potentially shift my teeth further? Should I get a second opinion?

Answer: The choice between one or the other will depend on the clinical analysis.
Moving the tooth orthodonticaly depends on the roots and bone... this is information that is only known by viewing an x-ray. You would need to have a formal evaluation by a dentist to answer this.

Hello! You can try having the tooth polished to remove the bonding agent from the tooth surface. If the tooth is still yellow, then you will have to repeat the bonding on that tooth to match the shade with the rest of your teeth.
