Does this look like TE regrowth or something else? (Photos)

Last july i caught covid at the time i had no vaccines so when i caught it i was in a really rough way. Since then i have been diagnosed with long covid. I had a vaccine in october also. Around the end of october i noticed quite a large increase in hair fall. This continued until the beginning of january where its eased up but not completly stopped. I still have not had full recovery in my density.
