To diagnose hair loss, one needs the full story, and an opportunity to see the scalp up close. So it’s not possible through these photos to actually say what you have with 100 % certainty. That said, it’s pretty likely you have experienced a telogen effluvium yes and some degree of regrowth is now taking place. But the key question is actually whether there is any degree of androgenetic alopecia here. You’ll need an expert to help you sort that out as it’s tricky to diagnose AGA in the early stages. A thorough trichoscopic examination or biopsy or 5 day modified hair wash test can help sort that all out. The longer and longer you go past Oct 2022 without fully regaining all your hair back the more likely it ks that a diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia is also present. It is well recognized that telogen effluvium can unmask or precipitate androgenetic alopecia in some (but not all) women. In summary, it is quite likely there is a diagnosis of resolving telogen effluvium here as part of this clinical presentation. One needs now to confirm whether there is any degree of androgenetic alopecia.
