I’m 39 years old with some volume loss to my mid/lower face. I’m considering having cheek filler to help with this issue. However, the skin under my eyes is crepey and thin. I have been told I have a false tear trough so not a good candidate for tear trough filler. Would cheek filler exacerbate my under eye area making it look hollow? any advice very much appreciated. Only looking to have a small amount of filler possibly 1ml.

Hi Forceful550609!I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing volume loss on your mid/lower face. It all happens to us someday in our lifetime. But we can do something about it so no worries ;) Your question on whether or not you are suitable for cheek filler would depend on a consultation in person after a thorough examination. But what I assume from your pictures I think you would be suitable for cheek fillers. Yet if you wanted to address some of the issues regarding your TT as well - I see a small amount of volume loss there, I would recommend you to do a skinbooster session with (Skinvive, Rejuran, and PDRN) - this can help with the undereye elasticity, tightness and also put a bit of volume around your TT and also your cheeks with a bit of glow and hydration - also addressing the undereye area is quite difficult if the physician doesn't have a lot of experience / In addition to the skinboosters I think a RF skin tightening would be suitable for your face / actually Accent Prime Tuneface would be nice to give you that plumping and tightening sometimes it may work even without the fillers. I recommend Tuneface as well since I am assuming you don't want to inject filler since you only want 1ml done (this is the current trend nowadays since we go for a more natural and safer procedure. :) Anyways I hope this helped!
