Cheek filler affecting movement of nose. What could be causing this issue and how should I fix it? (Photo)

Inertia87
I had filler placed in the left upper cheek very close to my under eye area about three months ago. Following that appointment, now when I smile my left side of my nose does not elevate. As she was treating me she did hit a nerve and I felt a good zing, but it didn’t hurt. What could possibly be happening that causing this issue and how should i fix It? Thank you
