I have been researching things like fraxel, Morpheus8, CO2 laser and Venus viva for skin resurfacing. I'm 30 with slightly dry skin, fitzpatrick type 2. I'm wanting a brighter complexion, slightly tightened and better texture to my skin. I'm scared after reading stories of devices melting facial fat though. Is this possible and which are the least likely treatments to have this effect? I know a lot comes down to the skill if the practitioner too and using the device correctly.
