Severe facial asymmetry. Can this be treated with fillers? (Photo)

foreveryoung1987
I've felt like something has been off with my face for quite some time, but only recently realised that I am literally missing soft tissue/muscle on the left side it, which results not only in facial asymmetry but in saggy skin that can be easily grabbed and stretched out (on one side only). Can this amount of "empty space" be treated with fillers or do I need to consider more advanced plastic surgery to fix the issue?
