Is it safe to have Botox if I have Sjogren's Syndrome and recurring Angioedema?

I have had Botox before 12 months ago and probably once a year for a few years but have had recurring Angioedema affecting the lips and suspected sjogrens affecting my mouth which I am being seen for every few months is it safe for me to have Botox while this is going on? I don’t know the cause of the Angioedema.
