Based on a scar placement and result, you did not have much luck first time? You should seek a second opinion consultation with an expereinced plastic surgeon with prooved expertise in face/neck lift surgery (check a website carefully, ask around). Good luck.

I agree this is a messy job. A revision as a full facelift is needed including dealing with the bands under your chin. Can easily be corrected but has to be a full face lift
