Yes, you will need to postpone your surgery since no one will operate on someone pregnant. There are other options than abortions.

Typically a urine pregnancy test is conducted the day of surgery. If your levels are elevated the surgery will likely be cancelled. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon about this situation.
