A slight trigger warning as this talks about abortion. My breast augmentation is coming up this Thursday but I have just found out that I am pregnant - 2-3 weeks. Will this mean that I have to postpone my breast augmentation? What are your experiences of this? Particularly as I don't intend to keep the pregnancy as it is very unplanned. I would be looking to terminate the pregnancy in the next day or so.

I happen to be a drummer myself. You can go above the muscle if you select an implant that is not too large. It is important to realize that the implant will be easier to feel and possibly see if it is in front of the muscle, and the chance of capsular contraction ( hardening) is higher.
