For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. Based on these photographs you may benefit from a buccal fat removal procedure. Buccal fat pad removal procedure which is ideal for patients who have excess buccal (cheek) fat. This will allow for slimming of the cheeks and greater definition of the cheek bones. Buccal fat removal will provide lasting results that do not require touch ups in comparison to Botox for masseter reduction.
