Two fat pockets under bottom lip - What can I do to fix my chin area? (photos)

It seems like I have two fat pockets under my bottom lip (mentalis muscle )? That protrude over my chin, very deep Labiomental fold, and recessed chin what type of chin procedures would I need ?
