9years post op....under muscle...tear drop Full projection....5ft4 7stone female....27years old.... Caucasian... Scared to move because it literally makes me freeze does the feeling its like quick repeated cramps

I would suggest that you meet with your plastic surgeon and be examined. it may be a capsule, or could be nonbreast related.
