Hopefully, they have completely settled, but I would suggest wearing a good supporting bra, even with underwire, during the day and when you are exercising. Naturally, you do have some differences between the two breasts, but they do good.

Breast implants are overall very natural and mimic your breast parenchyma very closely. It is soft and not so common for them to be very jiggly. Your nipple sensation should not be affected from breast implant. With regards to h/o breast cancer - you will need special views on mammogram but...
