Can I safely have Lipo 360 and fat transfer to hips after having cancer?

had breast cancer in May 2022. Had chemo, radio therapy, surgery, iv been cancer free for 4 years. I am currently on Letrazol and Zoladex. I was wondering if I could have lipo 360 With fat transferred to my hips. I was also wondering if I would need tummy tuck. I have no kids yet and would rather not have tummy tuck right now. i will show some body images. Also I had all my you nodes removed from my left armpit during cancer surgery. I really want to get liposuction. I would rather be AWAKE for the procedure too. also my inna thighs i want to know if i would be left with loose skin if I had some fat removed. Thanks

Being four years cancer free is reassuring, and body contouring is often possible in your situation with clearance from your oncologist. The medications you are taking, Letrozole and Zoladex, do not significantly increase clotting risk the way tamoxifen does, and they usually do not need to be stopped, though your oncology team should confirm the perioperative plan. A history of cancer and a longer operation do raise clot risk somewhat, so preventive measures such as compression devices, blood thinner protocols and early walking are important, and staging the procedures can be sensible. Since your lymph nodes were removed from the left armpit, that arm needs protection from IV lines and blood pressure cuffs to reduce lymphedema risk. I understand you would prefer to avoid a tummy tuck for now, but from what I can see in your photos there is clear skin laxity in the abdomen, and liposuction alone would likely leave loose skin, so a tummy tuck would be needed for a good result. Awake liposuction also limits how much can be treated in one session. The final plan can only be shaped by physical examination.

Providing that you are in stable condition there is no reason why you should not have BBL in general or twilight anesthesia. A good communication between your oncologyst, primary care physician and a plastic surgeon would be necessary to have safe surgery and good result. Good luck.
