Hey there! I’ve had liposuction on my stomach before about four years ago. I’m wanting to create more of a smaller waist. Would liposuction 360 be suitable for me? Do you think I would have enough to do a small fat transferred to my hip dips? I am looking at getting breast implant revision too. I also was considering getting some etching potentially if I have good enough skin quality for it on my stomach. Thanks!

Looking at your photos, you are already very slim, and in such a thin patient there is not enough fat to justify a lipo 360. The risk of contour irregularities rises sharply when there is so little to remove, and there would also be very little donor fat for a meaningful transfer to the hip dips. For these reasons I would not recommend liposuction in your case. Etching on a very lean abdomen can also look unnatural over time, so I would be cautious there too. Building the waist and hip contrast with targeted training is a safer path, and the plan can always be revisited if your body composition changes.
