Ive had lip fillers but i hate the ridge above top lip or fake puffy look. Have considered lip implants but again am worried about puffy fake looking lips

Yes you are a great candidate for lip implants. I prefer the softer eptfe implants over the silicone ones though. They are easy to put in and easy to remove but most never want them removed.
Once removed, you still get the benefit of the implant having been in there for awhile since fibrous tissue buildup around the implant gives the appearance of fullness so you may not need fillers later. They are easy to put in and easy to remove. You won't have any of that wrinkled skin usually.
