I have a strange patch of skin which I believe to be a birthmark since my father has the same. It’s a patch of small raised bumps that I’ve had all my life. It gets darker in the sun. I’ve tried different kinds of cream but to no avail, could laser or any other treatment work to reduce or remove it?
