I have Congenital Symmastia, can it be fixed? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. You have beautiful natural shape with excellent nipple position. While you do have mild symmastia and asymmetry, I don't think surgery and the subsequent scars necessary to achieve a change in shape would be worth it for you at this time.

Hello! Thank you for your question. Symmastia can be fixed with liposuction of the part between the breasts. To even the breasts size, breast fat graft to the smaller breast will be the best option. Other method could be breast augmentation with implants (different sizes) and size correction by liposuction.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but generally speaking it is possible to fix symmastia. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
