35 yo woman with thick skin, Endolift vs facelift? Which would be best? (Photos)

I am a 35 yo woman with thick skin and have had two rounds of chin lipo in the past ( allegedly, as I paid for it and never had anything prescribed bruising etc after or pain so I don’t believe it was done in all honestly.) I don’t know if it would be worth getting Endolift or getting some form of facelift. I would greatly appreciate some advice and direction as I have no idea what action to take. Additionally I have had filler in my face in my under eyes, chin, cheeks and don’t know if this would get in the way of me getting either or both treatments.
