Had chin reduction surgery in 2022 and am overall happy with the results. However I got a dog ear at the right end of the scar which the surgeon attempted to remove a year ago. Unfortunately that resulted in another dog ear at the end of the now Y-shaped scar. This surgery also resulted in a stretching of the skin on my throat which I don’t like (see picture). The surgeon wants to try to remove the new dog ear as well but I’m afraid it won’t work now either. The dog ear is soft. Thoughts? Thx!
