Hello. I did an eyelid surgery 6 months ago and i have a hypertrophic scar now on my right eyelid. It’s very hard and have some hard knots as well in it. I do hard massage now to see if it’s working, is it bad or good? Also using silicon gel, but I don’t know if it’s better to use the silicon sheets? I think i got the hypertrophic scar because of to much skin was taken out and I talked to my doctor and now he wants to cut it open and cut the hard skin out underneath the scar. Is this correct?
