Diagnosed with Rosacea and Rhinophyma - What's the most effective treatment?

I'm in the early stages of the disease. I understand CO2 Laser can manage the bulbous nose, vascular lasers can manage the redness. But often with Rhinophyma other parts of the face completely lose texture, large pores/bumps. Whats the most effective treatment(s) to manage this part of the disease, if its even possible. Thank you for your time.

It is possible that you may be using some sort of ointment on the treated area after your CO2 laser procedure. You should be able to wear a mask afterwards, but the mask may stick to the ointment. While the area is healing, it normally would be best not to have the area exposed to anything...

Either MN with RF or Fraxel ablative C02 are good options but the choice depends upon the downtime you are willing to give. C02 is better but has more downtime. Also if its pore size that you are trying to improve,remember that it is genetically determined and may come back after the treatment...
