Hi Celebrated998991. Great question. The short answer is yes, you can get filler at the piriform fossa. However, this will not get rid of the hard bit of previous dermal filler. A lump/bump after filler can be smoothed out with massage (if done recently) or dissolving (if performed with an HA filler).
You can definitely add more fillers to the fossa just make sure that it is the same class of fillers, even if they’re from different manufacturers.
