Cricket ball in the forehead, wound stitched and healing, but now looking for advice on what treatments would help from here?

The scar is 2.5 weeks old. Hit with a cricket ball on the forehead. The ER stitched up the surface of the wound with 16 stitches, no deep stitches administered. Still thick tissue beneath and around the scar. Vertical part of the scar has formed into a thin, hard line (hypertrophic). It's formed to the side (highlighted red line where the stitched line was). Top part of scar has indented issues. My problem is the lack of levelling. I want this flat + blended into surrounding skin.

Answer: A revision can be done for this along with resurfacing lasers to help improve appearance of the scar.
