Columella being drawn down and large nostril show post rhinoplasty. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

I had my rhinoplasty over a year ago. The excessive hanging collumela and nostril show is really bothering me. What is causing this and can it be fixed? As you can see when I smile its a lot worse than when I’m at rest. I now struggle to breathe properly. My surgeon hasn’t been veryhelpful & told me operating on my nose again would mean making it larger. Can someone help, what’s causing this& is it related to my breathing
