I had some cheek filler placed about a month ago (1 mil of Revolax SubQ in each cheek) . Whilst there was a need for it one side of face (suffering from palsy) the other side was plump enough and didn’t need it. Now I am considering whether my best option is to dissolve it from the cheek that didn’t need it or let time absorb it? I am worried about dissolving complications (don’t want sagging!) but leaving filler in where isn’t needed also makes me worry about skin stretching . Pls advise.
