I got 0.5ml lip filler for the first time and got left with a filler moustache/migration so I dissolved it. I waited 4 weeks and got 0.5ml again with a new lady who did it horribly. The filler feels too superficial and there are hard bumps (like small beads) that hurt to massage. I want to dissolve it again and re fill but I’m worried about too much trauma to the lip as the procedures have been back to back. What should I do? All I wanted was slightly plumped natural lips

Hi @Katcon! I recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon to drain the abscess and take care of the infection prior to dissolving the filler with Hylenex. Best of luck to you!
Unless there was severing of the nerve, there is a chance that the nerve injury is temporary. I have not heard of Hylenex damaging nerves to date.
