So only do it if you are a candidate...So it be outside standard of care in USA to offer surgery to someone with low BMI, no diagnosis of obesity or no medical issues related to obesity.That's why no one here would offer you the surgery, but surgeons in other countries may do, since they can't be sued and do not risk dealing with medical board.
