I am 59 years old. I've lost the inner corners of my eyebrows & outer corners of my eyelashes, possibly due to having an underactive thyroid. My thyroid condition is fully treated now under the care of the consultant Endocrinologist but the eyebrows & eyelashes have not returned. I'm planning to have upper & lower eyelid surgery to address eye bags and hooding. Would it be possible to get eyebrow and eyelash transplants at the same time? And if not, which procedure should be performed first?

Hello,
If you like to get eyebrow transplnt and not sure about it, you can get hair laser removal after if you do not like the result. Also after 6 months of your operation you can shape your eyebrows with tweezers.
Hello and thank you for your question. Yes its fairly common to get eyebrow transplant using the hair from the back of your neck. If you’re happy with the color and if your have enough to use as a donor area it could be great for you.Best wishes.Dr. T
The scar tissue would need to be looked at more closely but yours doesn't look too severe so a transplant would probably work- definitely something to see a doctor in person about!
