Please can someone give me some help as I am getting very stressed out and low mood from procedure done in a hospital for tmj Botox 15 months ago few post post procedure I looked like I had had a stroke all the muscle on my side of my face went I thought it would be temp but I am still having problems 15 months on even though the posterior part of the masseter has come back even stronger and that wa where was injected my risorious and zygomaticus major I think are not working or very very weak

I'm sorry you are continuing to have issues after your Botox treatment.  I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation.  For facial rejuvenation you can consider fillers or treatments such as Morpheus8 to improve overall skin tone and texture.

I strongly doubt that botulinum neurotoxin treatment which was undertaken 15 months ago for TMJ dysfunction, is causing you to have a droopy face to this day. What input have you had since then? Do you have a history of clots, facial trauma, neurological issues, or strokes? Has the doctor or dentist who undertook your treatment reviewed you since then, and has there been any independent assessment (second opinion) including with reference to any pre-treatment photos?
