Are all digital custom implants made of grade 5 titanium? Is it possible to have implant made out of pure titanium?

Because of lack of vertical bone height, i need a custom 3D printed subperioasteal dental implant for mandible rehabilitation. I noticed that unlike "normal" dental implants, these are made of grade 5 titanium. I am very concerned about the aluminium and vanadium ions from this material. Is there any possiblity to get a subperioasteal dental implant that is made from pure titanium only?

Dental implants, titanium screws inserted into the jawbone, serve to replace missing teeth, providing a foundation for dental prostheses to be placed upon. One of the advantages of implant treatment is that it can be performed without damaging neighboring teeth. As a result, there’s no necessity to trim adjacent teeth during the dental implant placement procedure. Subperiosteal implants are custom-made and crafted from an alloy. If you haven't consulted with a maxillofacial surgeon, I advise you to do so, and consider options such as mandibular augmentation with autogenous bone graft and the all-on-four implant treatment.
