Chemical peel for dark skin with eczema?

Hi, I have dark skin with african heritage. I also have ezcema and over the years I have been left with dark patches/hyperpigmentation from where my ezcema has occurred. I was wondering what chemical peel would best suit my type of skin?

You are in trouble.  You need to see a board certified dermatologist for immediate skin care.  This can head off a lot more trouble as your skin heals.  Even if you don't feel you can afford this kind of care, it doesn't matter.  Work out a payment plan with the dermatologist...
