How many Emsculpt sessions can you do & did I lose the effectivity by doing it every 2 weeks?

Question

I purchased a 6 session emsculpt package. I did one emsculpt session with exilis every two weeks however based on recent research, it is recommended that patients will require about 2 – 4 treatments a week for about 3 – 4 weeks for optimal results. My question is Did I lose the effectivity of the sessions for doing it every two weeks and how many sessions is the maximum number of sessions that you can do and is it OK to do one session every two weeks, thank you in advance for answering my questions.

Thank you for your question.  Emsculpt is best if done once every 5 - 10 days apart with 6 sessions total. In our practice, we like our patients to follow up within 3 month post their 6th session for an enhancement/maintenance treatment regimen.

Thank you for your question, Emsculpt is designed to tighten and tone the desired area. Similar to working out there is no limit! Therefore, to obtain best optimal results, suggested protocol is every 5-7 days apart, depending on what model of Emsculpt your provider offers. There is no maximum number of sessions, we recommend 6 sessions with a separate package for maintenance treatments depending on how active a person is at the time.

You can do a treatment every other week, but will have your best results initially at every 4 to 10 days. One you have completed your initial 4 sessions, then you can boost as needed, even up to every 3 months.

Building muscle strength requires causing some stress on your muscles with some time to recover in between.
This treatment only gives temporary results so stretching out the treatments is probably in your favor unless you plan on maintaining the treatments forever.

The ideal time in between EMsculpt Neo sessions is 5-10 days. By waiting longer you run the risk of not obtaining the results you should get from this treatment. There is no limits on number of sessions. The more the better.
