Estela Mota, MD - Account Suspended

I was waking 3Xs /night to go to the bathroom and thought it would never be different. Then I learned about Dr. Mota and her Emsella chair. After a 6 session series now I sleep 6+ hours a night and I feel great when I wake. The treatment is painless and incredibly easy. You sit, fully clothed, in a special chair for 30 minutes while your pelvic floor is stimulated with electrical impulses. In 30 minutes it does the equivalent of thousands of Kegel exercises. Without pain or "recovery" time. There is no negative to this treatment. Its easy, painless, safe, very effective, quick. I cannot say enough about how good this is. The outcomes have so many benefits. I sleep better every night, I can travel further in the car, boat rides, bike rides. I do not have to embarrass myself by always asking the group or my traveling partners to stop at the next bathroom. If age or carrying babies or ..?.. has caused your pelvic floor to drop and is squishing your bladder etc. this is the answer you didn't know existed. And apparently there are other muscle this type of treatment works on i.e. for those wanting tighter abdominal muscles. Dr Mota is amazing. She is kind, skilled, clear in her information. No long waiting list and I was in and out of the office without waiting in a waiting room. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Mota is light hearted yet very knowledgeable on longevity, EmSculpt and health in general. I’m on treatment two of the EmSculpt series so not full results yet but will circle back at the end of the sessions. Feeling stronger and possibly leaner already!

Dr Mota is an amazing doctor who listens to her patients keenly about their issues and concerns, and tailors treatments alongside life coaching. I had the opportunity to have many conversations during my Emsella chair treatments that she kindly offered for free after she heard about my health journey from my PT Dr Kendel. Just after 6 treatments and a few weeks later, I'm in much better shape than I was before

Dr. Mota CARES. She is one of those doctors who wants to truly know about you and your health history and not get you in and out in 15 minutes. I received emsculpt sessions from her, to which she was very attentive, kind, and professional. Highly recommend!
