Seroma found in my lower back, doctor does not want to aspirate, what should I do because I am in alot of pain?

Emerville Mom
I had a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and lipo( back, flanks and adomen) . I am 6 weeks post op and I am experiencing lower back pain like burning sensations. My lower back feels hard to the touch and some places are still numb. The temperature in my lower back is warmer than the rest of my body. I had a cat scan that showed that seroma was present in my back. The doctor recommended I take pain medication and it will go away in a few months.
