I feel embarrassed by fat on the pubic area which might be (or might not be) partly due to a bit of a droopy tummy after pregnancy. I realise a tummy tuck might help but I doubt it would fix all of the problem. I guess liposuction might also be a help. Any advice please? Thanks )The question is not about tummy tuck per se but that category is the most like my question etc)

Answer: Is There a Way of Eliminating a 'Camel Toe'?
It is hard to say exactly what you need without a picture. Usually I do Smart Lipo to the mons pubis. This removes the excess fat and allows for some skin retraction. Sometimes, some skin removal is required either by removing some skin above the mons (mini TT), or doing a labia majora rduction, depending on where the problem is.

Answer: Mons Pubis
This can be treated in several ways depending on the degree of skin excess ( if any). Liposuction alone may be effective. Frequently skin excision ( with resulting scarring) is necessary. I have even performed this procedure with lipo first but still had to excise some labia majora. This is very different than a labioplasty ( labia minora) in that the scars are external and with today's grooming habits ( hair removal- waxing/ laser, etc) The scars may be more noticeable.
