3 years with Emax veneers - what could be the reason for black staining? (photo)

I had Emax veneers for both of my top front tooth before 3 years, but in the last few months i noticed a very small black line on one of my veneers that was root canal treated. What could be the reason for this?

The adhesive material (resin cement) which bonds your teeth and Emax veneer may be discolorated. Those materials are chosen as the same color with tooth but in passing time, the exposed portion may absorb oral liquids and undergo discoloration.It can be removed by dental intervention like polishing.
