Drinking alcohol will not affect your Accutane. What happens is that both are processed in your liver, like everything you eat, drink, and take. Pills and liquor make your liver work harder. So drinking a lot while taking Accutane doesn't affect the medication's efficacy, but it does affect your liver. So, if you drink while taking Accutane, please do so in moderation only!
