My right lateral incisor sticks out so far and it is so unflattering plus it’s so bad that it created a bump in my lip and it gets stuck on my lip when may mouth is closed. It was never like this but now it always looks like it’s bleeding and it’s super sensitive.

Does your tongue fit in the roof of your mouth? My suspicion is that it does not. If it does not then your palate is too narrow. If your tongue can not be kept in the roof of your mouth then it can not give support to your upper dental arch and your arch will have a tendency to collapse further...
