I believe there is a skeletal problem here. You show way too much gum on your right hand side than the left. The chin is also tilted in the same direction as your upper jaw. This means there is moderate skeletal deformity. Orthodontics and surgery is the answer. 

Invisalign is a very effective (non-surgical) treatment to correct a "crooked smile" also known as canting This is usually due to a malocclusion (crowding) of yourdentition and less often a skeletal problem of your jawbone which would require surgery. Based on the photos you submitted, I believe Invisalign therapy could correct the canting of the upper right side while restoring a properocclusion (bite). I would also consider using a dental laser to recontour your gums to diminish your "gummy smile." However my experience has been that this also improves with both fixed and removable (Invisalign) orthodontics as your teeth and bite are properly aligned.
